 Cancellations
If you are unable to make your appointment, we ask for 24 hours notice so we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if you do not give us advance notice of a cancelation.
Financial
We will be happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you to receive the most from your benefits. We work with many insurance companies as a courtesy for our patients but you must remember that you are responsible for the payment of the fee if the insurance company does not pay. We accept check, cash and credit cards. |
